You guys did an amazing job and the car looks like nothing ever happened! I am beyond happy with the result and can't thank you enough!! Your staff and crew were extremely friendly and easy to talk with and made the whole experience very smooth. The nine out of ten rating is only because it was a very long wait to get the car back but I completely understand that these things just take a while to get parts and labor etc.. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend you to anyone else who is in need of some very professional body work!

I wouldn't recommend you to anyone who expects near perfect workmanship judging by the work done to my car. It's not a huge deal on my 09 Mazda but I'd certainly hope to get a better level of quality control had this been a more valuable car.

Took a real long time to complete. Many imperfections in the paint including bumps and a overall eggshell finish. I appreciate that the lift gate works again but the adhesive has already pulled away. Nothing about this repair is perfect yet rather ok at best.

There was minimal communication, I was calling to ask how much longer and I would get a ballpark. I know it’s hard to say exactly when it will be done but I was quoted and “few more days” and it took a few more weeks. Everyone was very kind though

the people at fort hill took excellent care of my vehicle, had great communication with me when Subaru sent the wrong parts and they had to reorder (not fort hill’s fault…. Subaru’s fault), and were so kind to me during a very stressful time. I highly recommend them! My car is driving better than when I bought it.
