The attention to quality and customer service was underwhelming and at times disappointing throughout the whole repair process. I had to followup to request the forms I needed to sign. When the forms were sent over, my last name was misspelled. I inquired about a quote for additional work and after not hearing anything, had to followup for more details. My contact Deb was not proactive in reaching out to me to provide updates throughout the process in a particularly prolonged repair timeframe due to back and forths with the other driver's insurance, I didn't feel particularly prioritized as a customer. Her overall tone when we spoke on the phone didn't feel particularly professional. The work on the vehicle itself however was top notch!
