Mario took care of me for a third visit unfortunately, but the misfortune was due to my own making… after being sorely disappointed by my Tesla service center, Mario quoted me quickly and was able to get my car repaired same day. Mario, Eric, and the nice young lady (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) took care of me quickly. I’ll always highly recommend FTL Collision. The service and staff are top notch!

You didn’t repair my car. I called to see what the process was and I was given negativity right off the bat as it relates to my insurance company. That said I took my car elsewhere and have already had it returned. It’s a little ridiculous that I’m getting a text about car repairs and how they went when you didn’t even repair my car. .

I feel that a lot of work was glanced at and pushed to be repaired or replaced that was not needed. If I did not catch certain quoted items, I would be out of pocket thousands

Erik is supered at what he does. The phone is always answered. However, Mario originally said it's an insurance claim and let them pay for it and he would take care of it. I was completely involved in the whole process
