They got my car done pretty well and effectively only bump in the road is that the bumper came in damaged but that is the vendors fault not them. Only problem was that they had no loaner/rental car for me to use while my car was being fixed. They had good quality customer service. Would recommend to another person

Less convenient location for those on the south side of the city now that the 28th street shop is closed so limits recommendations Would have strongly preferred some kind of advance notice of the credit card convenience fee--I was not aware of that and did not have an alternative payment method available when came to pick up the car so I was stuck paying an extra $140 out of pocket.

The inside of my car is so dusty and dirty from all the work that they did. Would’ve been appreciative if they would’ve cleaned the inside of my car they also ordered an incorrect part which was noticeable when reviewing the car.
