I was careless parking my car next to a cement support for a light pole in a parking lot. I scraped my front bumper and wheel “cover”. Your agent David Le was working when I arrived. He spent a good deal of time with me explaining the options I had and answered all my questions. What was so impressive was that he knew many more questions I should have asked and answered them all clearly so that I could make an informed choice for the work needed.

I had a time constraint for the work to be done by noon. The body work was finished but a new wheel had to be installed and an incorrect one was delivered. When I went to the body shop at noon service had the wheel but i was told the person to install it left for a dr appt. Christian flikkema intervened for me and I was able to meet my time schedule finally

Fox Collision did a very job considering the restraints placed in them by GEICO Insurance. John Ray has been excellent with communications & resolving issues. My Jeep Grand Cherokee still needs a few corrections & adjustments. Hopefully GEICO will let Fox Collision do what they wanted to do from the start: use new OEM parts.
