My Wife Michelle had a deer run into the side of her new 2025 Kia K-4 which was extremely upsetting. Thank God she wasn’t hurt. I chose Fox Collision since we leased the vehicle from Fox Kia North. Charlie, Terri and Zane were all great! The Tuesday/Thursday updates were much appreciated. The Kia was repaired and returned earlier than anticipated. We are a multi-vehicle family with 2 kids in college. Charlie promised a loaner vehicle and delivered which was very helpful! We will definitely bring any other vehicles needing repair(Hopefully later than sooner) to Fox Collision! The repair work to bring the 2025 Kia back to looking new was top notch. We also appreciated the detailing/cleaning of the interior which had nothing to do with the car/deer crash upon pickup. Thank You so much from the Family!
