This was by far the BEST Customer Service Experience I’ve had in years! Seriously I’m not kidding. From the Inception to Completion Fox Collision not only made every transition smooth, and worry-free, the Service and Care were far and above expectations! My Jeep which I take very good care of came back to me even better than when I gave it to Charlie/Zane/and the Crew! Exceptionally well taken care of. Communication between myself and the Crew was easy and timely, with no interruptions through the process. The Rental was not only exactly what I needed in order to continue my daily responsibilities, and needs, Zane made it easy with no fuss whatsoever in securing it. There wasn’t a hint on their side of me being an inconvenience at all again through the whole process. And to top it off Zane helped me take care of a Broken Windshield I was unable to have done through the Dealership! Again I’ve never had a better experience. This is the 3rd Brand New Vehicle I’ve purchased from this Dealership, and no one treated me better, or taken care of me like THIS CREW. Thanks Guys! Will

Very happy with the work performed. The repairs look great. The staff that I talked to were very nice. I also appreciate Zane made a temporary fix to the drivers side mirror so we could make our trip to Traverse City safely.
