I have bragged about this experience with my friends saying just how wonderful the excellent service was. But also told them the loaner was dirty inside and I was shocked at that due to the high level of service from everything else. Would here been an 11 if the crumbs,hair white specs ans stain had been removed from the loaner. Sorry but that part was a bit shocking when everything else was so great, in fact terrific. Would I recommend Fox definitely and brag about them. YES

Very good service, would have been Excellent if it wasn't for the unclean car loaner. Crumbs, hair, spills. I showed them and they offered to vacuum ut. I told them I would clean it when I got home. Took me 20 minutes and even got the stain out of the seat. It was returned clean both inside and out. Everything thing else was a 10 from the appointment to the quality of work. Very professional staff and very pleased. Just wish the loaner had been clean. Thanks. Repair work done was great..

I was happy with the the help getting my work taken care of. Also the patience in my picking up the Jeep as I was out of the country. I checked the paint work. It looked great. On the weekend after I picked it up, I had to move some items out the rear seating area. I found some disappointment. I found a interior trim cap laying in the seat. Once I found where it went, I discovered wiring that was unplugged. Not sure why wiring would be unplugged with a paint job. Not sure if the radio error code I get from time to time since my drive home along with sos and assist red warning lights that come on are related.

The painted doors are a bit darker than the rest of the car. The car is really noisy when driving due to wind getting in somewhere after they removed windshield and fixed frame around it on car.
