Valerie was great to work with. When I got in my car after picking it up from being worked on, not only was the car done to my satisfaction, but the interior of my car in the front passengers seat & the drivers seat was cleaned up. My dog Rocco had slobbered all over the dash, console, GPS, etc. & I was so pleased to see it gone! Thank you. I would definitely recommend your collision repairs. Time from drop off to pick up was very quick and really surprised me. I thought I'd need to have it there a few more days so it was quite a surprise when I was called and it was ready. However, the difference between the initial estimate and the final price was extensive and I thought a little disappointing. Additional damage found after opening the hood included a cracked headlight and a busted radiator support. The estimate went from $1,300 to $4,700 because of that? I was kept well informed that my car was being worked on via emails and the process with working with my insurance was seamless and well done. The repair was very good but not perfect aestetically. Overall, a very fine job.
