I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back today. The man who was in charge of all the repairs was very courteous and explained everything in a way I could understand. Also, the man who drove me to enterprise for my rental was just as nice too!! I was a little nervous to have a stranger drive me around but he was an excellent driver.
