My accident happened on June 28th and I had my Ford Maverick in to Franklin Park Lincoln Mercury by July 3rd. They provided a free Lincoln SUV loaner, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and had my vehicle out the door by July 16th. I was very happy with the service I received and the service personnel that I spoke with, and I will definitely recommend this dealership's body shop to anyone needing auto repair work. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my experience. Everything from bringing my car in for an inspection and immediately having it taken in for the service work and receiving a free loaner car until it was completed. It came in on the 3rd and I got my notice on the 16th that it was done. I've had several days to drive it and look for any problems and so far I have not seen any. They did great work quickly, kept me informed of the progress along the way, and gave me a free Lincoln to drive while the repairs were being done. Couldn't really ask for anything more than that!
