We were told 1 week and it took 2, so the rental car had to be extended for another week, instead of Franks calling with up dates, I had to call them.

Unfortunately I have not had time to follow up. I did take some photos of things that I plan to follow up on regarding repairs. My speaker system seems to be mainly functioning in front. Exterior of vehicle I noticed overspray and a few small spots not touched up. I’m still hearing glass in hatch and finding broken pieces. This does not at all take away from the friendly service and very beautiful facility 😊

This is the second time that FAB has repaired one of our vehicles. Very professional from the start. From making a date for repair, coordinating a rental car, keeping us informed of the progress on the repair to getting our vehicles back. We couldn't be happier.
