I repeated mentioned that the car was coming in on Tuesday and not on Monday and that it was needed the following Wednesday and that didn't quite compute. I got a call about bringing the car in on Monday and several messages that the car would only be ready on Friday. But the car was ready on Wednesday and I greatly appreciated that it was delivered since unexpectedly my husband was in the hospital and I couldn't come and get it

No quality control, poor communication, did not repair the car correctly, left the car a dirty mess. Pablo said the entire liftgate would have to be replaced. Angel said they just repaired it.

change out a personalized license plate frame. I received the car dirty with red writing and all kinds of blue/chalk powder in the left passenger area and the back by the tailgate. A new scratch was put on the right middle tailgate- which was rubbed out. The repaired bumper and left 1/4 panel are not flush. Completely unacceptable.

Angel tried to make things right, but there are bigger issues. There is no quality control before car is returned filthy, scratched and not repaired correctly.

The entire staff was professional, efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They got me in quickly and fixed my car in record time, which I really appreciated, it is difficult to be without a car. Angel Vazuez was the technician that I worked with, amazing guy. Angel was professional, knew his business, was easy to work with, I was confident in his abilities and I trusted him, he came through for me. All in all a good experience with your company. The top of the doors don't line up like they did before the accident. And the "tape" on the window area of replaced door has bubbles and doesn't appear to have been done with the precision and craftsmanship I would expect from Subaru.
