This Survey attempts to rate FCC according to several aspects: quality of the repair; customer service; punctuality; transparency; and cleanliness of the vehicle upon return. My ratings vary too widely and are too conditional to sum them all up for this one very broad question. In this respect it is a highly ambiguous Survey, even misleading, constructed either very cleverly or very naively or anywhere in between. In order to preserve my position in the extreme (i.e., in the worst case scenario), I feel I must rate FCC consistent with the lowest rating I gave on any one aspect.

Please have the appropriate tech employee at Frank's Auto Collision, e.g. 'Angel', contact me to discuss the "nib" that I spotted in the paint on the hood when the vehicle was returned to me by Shaylee after the repair. (See Shaylee's handwritten note on page 2 of the Final Bill noting the presence of the "nib" when the vehicle was returned to me on April 5, 2024, after the repair.) Depending upon what I learn in that discussion I hope to have, I might be changing my rating to one that is much higher up the scale - I'm just not sure right now as to how much of a future problem this "nib" might be.
