From the time I walked in the front door till the job was completed, I was treated to a great experience! Sara greeted me and after a few minutes I was introduced to my adjuster, Justin who was able to get me set up and out to deal with my day. They handled arrangements for a loaner car so it was delivered and picked up for me. The work was done to my satisfaction and on time ... and hold on for this ... my car was cleaned inside and out!

My experience with Frank’s Auto Collision was very pleasant except for the two week delay for parts delivery. This was due to the GM Workers Union Strike. This was no fault of Frank’s Collision, but still a bit inconvenient for me, hence the 8 rating.
