I don’t see how the damage to my steering was not considered related to the accident that directly struck my vehicle head on while it was parked and turned off in front of my house. I explained to Ethan how absolutely NOTHING was wrong with my truck before this accident occurred and that there is visible damage leading directly into the front driver side wheel internals. I’m at a complete loss of words to express how disappointed I am in this service and frankly what a waste of time it was to choose Frank’s Collision for any kind of assistance with getting my vehicle back to running order. It’s like no one even popped the hood to see what is actually going on with the vehicle’s power steering, THE ONLY EXPLANATION for what damaged my vehicle’s steering function is the accident that caused it to be towed to your shop in the first place. Important things like common sense and cause and effect seem to have no place in the mindset of anyone that looked at my vehicle. I will be sure to mention to anyone that I know of that’s needing car service, to never contact franks collision for any car service needs as they are not able to relate a HEAD ON COLLISION to the damage of steering capability. Are we serious? Thanks for nothing.
