You can’t see any of the repaired damage. They did a great job. This is the second rear end collision they have fixed and next time it gets hit, we’ll be back.

Yes repairs were done to the front bumper and grille area but according to the itemized billing the license plate and ban area in the vicinity was disregard or neglected. But whom ever the repairs technician could not have seen the blemish and not include it in the repairing process. Whether additional fees were going to be required, one way or the other. 🥴

Frank Collision Repair did basically a replacement of my front end and there were minute but visible blemishes in the area near the license plate. Not A customer friendly approach to not address this issue while the repairs were ongoing.

The work on the vehicle was fine it was the lack of communication for me. They had our vehicle for 3 weeks do to a part that was on back order that I was aware of since the we were getting the parts from FORD. When I called to check on the vehicle to see if the other work had been done... I was then informed we could use another part that was not on back order. Got the new part in the next day. Why I was not contacted to get the new part three weeks ago.

I was in complete awe after picking my cherokee back up! Frank's went above and beyond my every expectation. From the office staff, to the engineers and the communication was all top notch.
