The repair for my car was delayed multiple times. Original completion date was about November 30th. I didn't receive my car until December 15th. On top of that, Larry was extremely rude and always addressed me in a condescending manner. The service I received is proof of how this shop has 0 appreciation for customers and doesn't have sufficient capacity to turn around work in a timely manner.

It took a long time to fix my car. You did find everything that was broken. The insurance company was slow at approving the estimate. There were a lot of holidays that my car just sat in the shop. I looked over my car after I got home and your mechanic did a very good job fixing everything. To sum up everything I got my car back and it is safe to drive. Also the paint job was perfect. Those headlights really shine. They are brand new. My car looks like a new car. Thanks for your hard work. You did a very good job. My car drives real smooth. I am a happy customer. Thank you.

My dodge had extensive damage to the body as well as Windows. When I got my car back there was no sign that my car had been damaged. And they had my windows re tinted!
