If I knew a friend that needed service I would certainly recommend FF. This was my first dealing with the body shop and everything went smoothly and I was informed and when I saw the jeep the repairs looked perfect. I always bring my jeep for service to FF and it is an excellent service area. Chris is always so helpful and pleasant and Tom and Victor also. When I had a difficult repair awhile back, Tom worked very hard trying to explain to me, after he and I guess the mechanic found out that something in the jeep worked the reverse of what they thought. It was repaired and everything is fine and always is when I bring my car in for service.

When I received my car, the hood was uneven when it was returned. They took it back in the shop and I thought they corrected the problem but my hood is still uneven.
