The repairs came out amazingly. I couldn’t tell the difference with the new freshly painted bumper. The door looks like it did when I purchased it - no more dents. Everyone was so very kind and professional. I’m glad that Fred Frederick Chrysler did the repairs on my Infiniti. Very pleased with everything ❤️

Excellent customer service by several ways. Communications were clear. At first, reception was good. Explained the expected service options. Worked seamlessly with the insurance, arranged transport to rental car. Communicated the progress of work and delivered the vehicle on the day promised. I was impressed by their excellent body work of the car. The serviced part looks like the original. The car was washed and clean before returning to me. I was happy as I was driving my car that looks like new. It was a pleasant experience to me.

I want to thank Fred Frederick and Mr. Larry Holder for doing an awesome job to repair my truck. I had some major to my front/bumper and doors. They took the care to do a Perfect job, making the truck look like new. There was an incident where something did New damage to the front. Fredericks took ownership of the issue and made efforts to replace With new parts. Now while not to throw any other or previous Ram repair shops under the bus I truly DOUBT, if any of them would have owned this fault and replace with NEW parts. They really helped make my 2017 Ram Longhorn my forever truck

As soon as I needed body work to my rav, I called Fred Frederick Collision center. They had me drop my vehicle off the same day and it was ready less than a week later. I had to work with both Prgressive and Erie insurance, and the Erie rep was so pleased I was taking my car to Fred Frederick because of how efficient they are and how much care they take. Larry was my main contact and he was very easy to get in touch with. He even handled the logistics with my loaner car from Enterprise, which saved me time and hassle. My rav has a very unique color that I was worried about them matching, but the new parts blend perfectly with the existing vehicle. I can’t recommend this shop enough.
