However they told me I would receive 150 Dollars for not repairing my bumper but they aren’t sure how I will get that money and have no contacted me about it

I have rarely felt as positive about a business as I do about Fred M Susan Auto-body. They are honest, kind, and good communicators. The job was done beautifully. Believe me, they went beyond to make this experience (which no one really wants to have) as clear and painless as possible. I have to repeat:: how many people in business do you walk away from having an experience you describe as kind? And their theme song when you are on hold on the phone (which is never long) is divine!
