Dear Freebird Auto Body Team, I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the outstanding repair work done on my 2006 Toyota Camry’s bumper. Every staff member I interacted with was remarkably collegial and helpful throughout the entire project. The receptionist at the front desk was also very courteous and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I want to extend a special thanks to Rick, who ensured the work was completed correctly and in a timely manner. He was kind enough to offer to replace a broken spot on my rear taillight at my own out-of-pocket cost. Furthermore, he thoughtfully offered to perform a complimentary touch-up on a small spot we noticed afterward if I bring by a color-matched touch-up paint when convenient. Finally, I greatly appreciated Ben’s warm and friendly support in dropping me off and picking me up from my house, which made the transportation seamless.
