Excellent body work and I got a thorough car washing and vacuuming which was an added bonus. However, I wasn’t impressed with my contact person at all, he never remembered who I was and I had to go back 2 extra times for things he seemed to had forgotten to do. He definitely wasn’t friendly or a good image for the company. Not sure why my passengers side door wasn’t checked to make sure the job was done correctly, so I had to reschedule my day and make another trip back to get that corrected. I was impressed that as soon as I arrived they started working on car and got it fixed.

I used to teach custom service classes at Samaritan, so overall I think the CS wasn’t very good at, however everyone associated with body shop was fantastic.

When my boys were younger, they brought their cars to Freebird (about 20 - 25 years ago) - they have consistently been great with repairs, and customer service over the years.

See previous comments - but - they vacuumed the inside of my vehicle, wiped off the messy console and gave the exterior a complete wash as well - all shiny and new! I can't express the great (and almost unheard of now-a-days) customer service...

I have had my vehicle worked on 3 times now, jokingly now I asked for frequent flyer miles.. No go, but Rick from freebird helped me out with my claim and got me in my way each time I’ve had to come in for minor damages and even a total wipe out on ice smashing the entire front end a few years ago.. Each time I’ve used freebird my car comes back brand new.. I’ve never had to go back to adjust or fix anything which I give bonus points!! I use my vehicle for work. So thanks for getting my car back in a timely manner..
