Workmanship and quality of repairs appear to be very good. Follow-up and customer care is non-existent and a disappointment.

Zero follow-up or contact after initiating repairs. I checked-in on progress on the initial completion date only to learn that the completion date had been moved out two weeks. I checked in again on the second estimated completion date and learned the repairs might be done at the end of that week. The car was actually completed the week following. No calls, no emails, no texts with updated information. When we picked up the car there was no customer contact. Maggie provided the warranty, wash and wax instructions and that was it. No "thank you for your business," walk around or anything. Customer care only takes a minute, and IMO you guys failed miserably.
