One area of the damage was not done. I was not made aware that this area would not be done. Jeremiah had it on the list to be done and he told me when I picked up the car that State Farm denied it told him not to get involved and that they would call me. State Farm never called me and said that area around the driver side window would not be done. I have messaged State Farm three times and they have not replied regarding that area. It's very petty of State Farm to do this. That area is very small so I'm waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully, they will approve that area to get done. Thank you.

The only thing that I was disappointed with was being charged an extra 3 1/2% for paying with a credit card, and not being told in advance that the up charge would not happen if I paid with a check or cash.
