I just moved to the area from a big city. I was skeptical to take my car to a small town body shop for repairs. Freeman Collision was recommended to me by multiple people. The first time I went into the shop, the front office staff were so helpful with assisting me with my insurance claim by taking pictures and submitting them for me. Especially if one has auto insurance to cover all cost. If not, its pricey, but Freemans gets quality parts and you can expect your vehicle to be fixed right and mechanically run right. In other words, they are dependable.

I was pleased with Grant, and as a whole for the most part. Our issue was the length of time it involved to complete. I know there is culpability from suppliers, however we could have made different arrangements if there was such a delay communicated to us early enough
