99% satisfied but it took over a month. Maybe because the supply chain is messed up. Otherwise you all could not have done a better job! I loved the updates and that I didn’t have to return the loaner to Enterprise. And the car looks amazing!! Thank you!!

I am so glad I chose Full Tilt Collision Solution to repair my car after an accident. Even though my insurance company tried to cut corners despite my full coverage policy, Rachel was incredibly helpful, diligent, and supportive. She truly listened to my concerns and promised that she would fight to get the repairs done right. When Progressive pushed to use cheap aftermarket parts, Rachel stood her ground and insisted on genuine OEM (manufacturer) parts instead. Huge thanks to Rachel and the entire team for doing an amazing job—my car looks brand new! If you want to support a local business that does quality work and actually fights for you, I cannot recommend them enough.

Great experience. After my car was involved in an accident, my car needed alot of work on the front passenger side and then some. The team at Full Tilt Autobody communicated clearly from start to finish and explained what would be done. I was kept informed and updated throughout the repair process.
