I found them to be very pleasant to deal with , they did a good job with the repair, but felt they were lacking in communication in providing a possible completion date when the car wasn't ready on the scheduled date.

The bed of my truck favors one side just a little bit more than the other but not a reflection of their work. I imagine OEM part change through out the years. I don’t think it could get better than that. Not sure if the alignment was recommended or if it was even necessary. They said they were going to check on it. Other than that, fantastic work. No dents. Fast intake and recovery, just in time to put my truck back to work. Not sure if there is anyone better in town than them. Thank you for serving me with the best possible service that you can serve me with. Matt sr. and Matt jr. get a 10. The secretary did not skip a beat in dealing with insurance issues. Matt sr. took the extra time to give me a quote on a walk in. Wonderful people!

The bumper and everything looks amazing however I still Am hearing something loud from the back right side, which was not there before the car accident. Everything else the paint the bumper everything in between is stunning, I’ve got no complaints the work was 10/10
