There was a delay on getting my vehicle back because the new wheel that was ordered didn't match the ones on the car, different manufacturers. Being kept in the loop via text messages was okay but they weren't always accurate. Overall I am satisfied with the workmanship and my experience with Gamblins.

Not alot of communication. Took 2.5 days to replace bumper told 3 diff. Times it would be completed on a certain day and or time.didn't get update call when I called to check status.said Id get a call by end of day. I called next day.all in all,everything worked out fine, tho.

No one was in the office when I came to pick up my vehicle on Friday morning. So I went to the cashier to pay my deductible. Other than that everything looks great on the truck. Thank you

I felt that Art Gamblins level of quality was subpar. Our tahoe has a few issues even after Art doing the Body repairs a second time.Due to the inconvenience of our first and second experience id rather deal with the flaws. ... I worked for a Dealer Body Shop for years and know the potential flaws that most don't catch. ... Found 3 or more that disappointed me. I would direct friends and family to go elsewhere for Auto Body Repairs.
