At first I was given regular “text” updates. Appreciated that. Last text on March 17th said my truck was in track to be finished on March 31st. Then nothing. No text no calls. I had to call them on the 31st and ask if I was picking up my vehicle. They said it wasnt ready and they didnt know when it would be. They said they would contact me with an update. No updates came. I had to keep calling them for an update which was vague. My truck wasnt ready for another month. All the while I am incurrring rental car fees. No communication and vague updates does not allow a customer to plan their schedule out. Saying you will contact me and then NOT doing it is unacceptable. Stuff happens, schedules slip, but not communicating that is unforgivable.

The Thing maybe they could work on is having not having what seems like a brand new employees answering the phone and not being able to identify the company or themselves when answering the phone to me that’s not very professional.
