9 because they forgot to clean the dirty streaks in my backseat where they stored my original parts. The customer service rep was very understanding and explained what happened without making excuses or minimizing the situation. She offered for them to clean it up. I did not want to take my car back in. Annette and the other members of Global were nice and professional.
