I appreciate the fact that the team was able to see my car on short notice and get it repaired before the original deadline that was given by several days. You basically kept my car for 2 months when it was estimated to take 1. When I picked it up, there was MORE DAMAGE. I’ve had my car repaired here before and ir was not this bad. Get a new manager. This treatment is horrible.

I would say 9. Repair was great. Car was not vacuumed and not washed.

Excellent job with the repair. However, inside of the car wasn’t clean as well on the outside. Missing and cut sit cover straps. Very dirty wheels. Half complete job.

I’m pleased with the work done on the car. Not pleased with the work taking over a month in the shop. Can’t be helped I suppose, waiting for parts takes awhile nowadays.
