I am satisfied with the work, however I was not pleased with the process. I know it difficult to get parts, labor etc., however getting a text message the day of my scheduled completion notify info me it’s going to be another month is not good. There should at least be weekly communication with customer. When I did call it was always a different answer. I called a week ago and was told car was waiting on quality assurance to make sure job was done right. And it would be ready in a day or so. When I never heard back after a day I called and Was told the front window needed to be installed today. I just felt I was being given the run around. Thanks, Michael Stepp

Little to no communication from Jayme Sessions even after the shop had to revise the estimate and order more parts, taking 2 more weeks for repair.
