No free loaner cars, got my vehicle back and taillights weren’t working. Additional damage found, but wasn’t told of it till the end, “forgot” to replace my hitch, had to get refunded.

This is still ongoing. The fact that I've been promoted to leave a review at least 3-4 times now, waking me up in the early morning, here's one that will probably be overlooked as well.

Multiple return visits were required due to incomplete repairs, lack of inspection, and new damage introduced during rework. The vehicle was released with unrepaired parts, misaligned steering, visible scratches, rust painted over, and sloppy workmanship. Overall experience shows poor quality control and has reduced confidence in this dealership.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle and in a timely manner. The employees are very nice and friendly. The day I was to pick up my vehicle I was running late and it was raining out, I called them and Scott said he would stay til I got there, it was only going to be about 5-10 mins. When I got there he was there with my van outside & ready to go. I paid my deductible swapped out the keys , got my stuff out of the rental and was on my way
