I expect you will finalize the repairs next week and everything will be fine. It is hard to be completely satisfied when part of the work was not done. This is not a big deal when you look at the problems in life.

Laura was incredibly helpful through the whole process. I really appreciated her keeping me informed and making me feel taken care of. She worked out all the details with my insurance and even got me a rental car when the work took a little longer than expected. Brent was also very patient and helpful and they both were funny and charming. They made the experience of getting hit by another car and going through repairs so much easier than it could've been and I'm so grateful!
