G&C is a family-run business and Gene’s four children: Shawn, Josh, Jamie, and Patrick, hold key positions in the company. “In my business, we have to remember that people buy the best car they can afford and depend on it,” said Gene. “My job is to please my customers, the insurance companies, and everyone else involved. Our work with them was fantastic, they were very prompt and cordial with communication at every step of the process. We did have one issue where the replacement item was damaged during shipping or assembly and it wasn't caught until pickup, as well as the replacement being an aftermarket that looked significantly different than the original. They were able to get an OEM light the second time, but I would have appreciated at least a heads up that "it's ready to pick up but expect the light to be a different color" or some notification to that effect.

I appreciated the follow up call from Manger when the first proposal didn’t have the OEM parts as policy states. They made it right immediately. Loves the text feature. They had the parts right away and returned the vehicle the fastest I ever have had it returned. Good final close out. Told me what was done. Thank you. Dustin.

Both managers district manager and the regular manager were both very courteous. I gotta shuttle service to and from to my house. customer service was excellent. Everything was explained to me perfectly. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. I know I will come back to the shop.
