Founder Gene Crozat opened G&C Auto Body in 1972. Gene started as a car painter and built the largest group of auto body facilities north of the Golden Gate. G&C is a family-run business and Gene’s four children: Shawn, Josh, Jamie, and Patrick, hold key positions in the company. “In my business, we have to remember that people buy the best car they can afford and depend on it,” said Gene. “My job is to please my customers, the insurance companies, and everyone else involved. Dakota was amazing through this whole thing. I did get a little frustrated but he took control of the situation in a respectful manner and kept me calm. His customer service is excellent! Rhonda at the front desk is amazing Jess the manager amazing.

G&C did an excellent job on our 2018 540i. They were very professional and constantly updated us of the status of the job. 10/10 service. From the moment I walked into the building I felt seen and respected. The General Manager Jeff was really nice, but my claim was assigned to Anthony and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and all around great guy. From step 1 he was very responsive and called me everyday with an update. I'm so used to chasing dealers and other body shops for answers that this type of responsiveness through me off at first lol. They also track the process of your repair online so whenever something is changed you'll get a text alert to log into your account to see the repair progress. As far as the repair goes the Body and Paint techs Hector & Adan did a great job of repairing and matching the color to look like a factory paint job. These two are masters of their craft and I'm definitely grateful they took the time to do a great job. I will definitely be back (Fingers crossed it's no time soon) and will recommend them to everyone I know that's looking for a reputable shop. Anthony, Jeff, Hector, Adan and the entire team at G&C thank you for the excellent service!
