Founder Gene Crozat opened G&C Auto Body in 1972. Gene started as a car painter and built the largest group of auto body facilities north of the Golden Gate. G&C is a family-run business and Gene’s four children: Shawn, Josh, Jamie, and Patrick, hold key positions in the company. “In my business, we have to remember that people buy the best car they can afford and depend on it,” said Gene. “My job is to please my customers, the insurance companies, and everyone else involved. I already mentioned it to my mom and co workers. About how happy I was with the ease of this process. A motorcycle smacked into me and an accident can be a really tough event but you guys made it painless. So did Geico.

Very accommodating. I have a rough work schedule and trying to figure out days & times can be challenging. The guy that helped me (the manager/owner I believe) probably had the best customer service I've received in a long time. I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. He let me pick it up at a convenient time. The only part I was slightly less satisfied with was the wait to be dropped off at home. I came early in hopes of leaving earlier but we left about 10:10, which was around 35-40 minutes after I got there. The paperwork was easy. There wasn't many customers otherwise I understand. Just a suggestion. I'm still a satisfied customer.
