The massive wooden counters, nice carpets, tasteful lighting and well dressed employees might surprise you at first, but it’s all part of the G&C Auto Body experience, which is carefully crafted to make you feel welcomed and at ease. “When someone walks into one of my shops I want them to understand that I plan on being in business for a long time,” Owner Gene Crozat says, “I’m fussy about everything.” The waiting areas even include gourmet coffee, pastries, sodas and a fridge filled with chilled bottles of water. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing the car, but they also washed it thoroughly and even delivered it to my workplace since I couldn’t pick it up, since I work in Benicia. Overall, I’m extremely happy with their professionalism, convenience, and outstanding customer service
