Walk into a G&C Auto Body location and you might be forgiven for thinking that you’ve just entered a swanky hotel lobby or cruise company lounge. Office is a busy but the mechanic did a great job on my car. It was only a small repair but they washed my car for me which was nice! Good shop, they do good work

The shop due to being transfered from Klimish to the sister shop they didn't vacume the glass and klimish did vacume it and do an excellent job. In hindsight had I forseen this I would have request they keep the vehicle in the office I chose.

IT was bad luck, in my opinion the bird, a large one hitting my windsheilf damaged my bumper sonar eithe the shock of it or the replacing of the windshield combined with the impact of the bird caused it not to work. also they missed attaching my rear view mirror firmly so I get to invest more time to have the damage repaired. I think the people seem expereinced and talented and gracious but it has not been pleasant. I have googled and despite the body repair people scan and opinion of the damage not related to the bird impact google search indicated the impact and changin of the windshield could have damaged the sonar controls in the dashboard. we'll see how the repairs go with GC auto body in Benicia. I think that Klimish under bid the repairs as they could not tell by inspecting the sonar was damaged and apparently the sister auto body shop did not test drive it not test the rear view window so my service is not been pleasant. I think a little bad luck and the transfer to the sister shop may have contributed. My grad of 4 can go up if they do their homework and discover the accident did cause the sonar damage and restore my rear view window to be as it was prior to the accident. I am not investing time to edit this message so the grammar and spelling are likely not accurate.
