My car was given back with dings and holes in my bumper.

They started work on my car without authorization, I was told to sign the updated mileage form which was just updating the mileage and then later told that form authorized work on the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle the bumper was the wrong color and they refused to repaint it.
