Walk into a G&C Auto Body location and you might be forgiven for thinking that you’ve just entered a swanky hotel lobby or cruise company lounge. The massive wooden counters, nice carpets, tasteful lighting and well dressed employees might surprise you at first, but it’s all part of the G&C Auto Body experience, which is carefully crafted to make you feel welcomed and at ease. “When someone walks into one of my shops I want them to understand that I plan on being in business for a long time,” Owner Gene Crozat says, “I’m fussy about everything.” The waiting areas even include gourmet coffee, pastries, sodas and a fridge filled with chilled bottles of water. The work was good but there was an accounting problem caused by the office & was not handled well. I ended up calling the COO Patrick to get the problem resolved.

I had a problem with the ofc staff. They billed the ins. co. wrong & wanted me to fix the problem. I was finally told they would cut a check that day. Over a week went by and no check. I cld the COO Patrick and we agreed for me to pick up the check the next day. Later I get a phone call from their ofc stating it would take another week and a half. I said this is unacceptable & that Patrick approved me picking up check. The ofc staff said I will have to talk with the Mgr. & call you back. I picked up the check the next day as agreed. It seems like someone needs more training.

Car sometimes has rattle. Not bad noise, just cannot figure out if it something in my glove compartment, my GPS or something loose in motor. It goes away after a few seconds, and performance not impaired. Just a new rattle.

Not fast but it looks good. Had to coordinate with mechanics, new wheels & new alignment, took longer than expected. But polite and good about mechanics of my getting there or home without a car.
