Walk into a G&C Auto Body location and you might be forgiven for thinking that you’ve just entered a swanky hotel lobby or cruise company lounge. The massive wooden counters, nice carpets, tasteful lighting and well dressed employees might surprise you at first, but it’s all part of the G&C Auto Body experience, which is carefully crafted to make you feel welcomed and at ease. “When someone walks into one of my shops I want them to understand that I plan on being in business for a long time,” Owner Gene Crozat says, “I’m fussy about everything.” The waiting areas even include gourmet coffee, pastries, sodas and a fridge filled with chilled bottles of water. The positive experience has a lot to do with Erik Olson's professionalism and kindness which matters a great deal to me. He is very helpful, he listened, and provided quality customer service. G&C is very fortunate to have him. G&C already has high rating from CSAA which brought me there, but to have someone that made you feel comfortable is a plus. The plan was to seek two estimates, but after meeting Erik the 2nd estimate no longer mattered. I would also like to give credit to Laura and her sweet demeanor over the phone.
