The body shop in Fremont was really friendly good with communication I loved how the paint job and the body work came out mustafa was in charge of updating me and helping me out he was amazing he did a good job helping us whenever I had a question or saw something he fixed it I will definitely come back in the future if I need work done for my car or if the insurance lets me pick witch body shop to take my car to get it fixed I will definitely ask to get my car fixed here loved the staff and communication they also offered me and my sons water it was hot that day we picked our car from the body shop I was satisfied 100% mustafa muhammed I would recommend to anyone who goes to this place

This is the only shop I take my vehicles. Mustafa and the team are trustworthy. Once I find the best , I stick with it. They are the best. This is a place I’ve built a relationship with. They are generous and caring. They do their jobs with excellence and then some. Highly recvonend them. I’m grateful for them.

The original repairs were good and of high quality.

Problems were still found after repairs. The worker (Wilbert) that was assigned to my case discussed the follow up repairs and provided new timelines. After a week, no updates were communicated about the repairs. Called and left multiple voice messages and he did not return any of my calls. Car is not 100% fixed and this shop has stopped communication with me.

La camioneta quedo con un ruido en la parte de atrás, los vidrios y panorámica quedaron manchados la parte.donde va la tapa de la gasolina esta rayada no la pintaron yo entregue la llave de la camioneta con un llavero de la Toyota, y no está con la llave. Eso me molesta.
