Fernando, who is the only one who speaks Spanish, was very kind to me, he was waiting to call me to pick up my car, he was the one who received it and delivered it, everything very well, I recommend him with confidence, my only complaint is that the day I left the car, the company did not give me a ride and I had to take a lyft, which with this pandemic I did not feel very comfortable, but for the rest I feel satisfied. Service was good. The entire door frame was left in my trunk, including a box of broken glass (I still have to drop it back off to the shop for proper disposal) and there was some glass left in the back seat that I cut myself on. I was warned that there may be some glass left even after the thorough clean up, but since the door was left in the trunk I think it's fair to assume that a final inspection may not have been done. All other customer service was OK. I did wait around the office once without being addressed while the two office workers were on their computer or on the phone.
