Bad service I wasn’t happy at all, I got my car back all dirty. It wasn’t even washed and they made a dent on the driver side door bottom corner. It wasn’t there when I dropped it off and I wanna see videos of my car when it was moved and who drive that cause this is not OK. I am not happy whatsoever.

He should be on top of his stuff always before the customer gets there making sure that car is ready to go expected before handing it to the owner and for that that on the door, they have to be responsible for it!!

Hi there, I received my car today, and when I arrived home my car was jerking , working improperly, make noises, when turn on, it makes noises and engine motor moves up and down, it wasn't like that before the accident. Hope you guys fix this behavior of my car, I guess the accident hard hit made something with the engine. Please fix , I need my car in good condition is my daily driving car. Also I noticed after the accident that the water for windshield was not working and I mentioned to Fernando about it, they didn't fix that. Please do. Also my battery was dead when I arrived home and tried to turn on again , so I jumped the battery to do it. I guess for the day of fixing it got discharged, but they didn't charge it for me or let me know. I can be there on Monday morning for the fixing thing that I mentioned above. Thanks for your help in advance. Roberto .
