Hello, I am not satisfied with the work done. The molding trim installed is not the original and it doesn't fit properly. I still see the scratches on my car. I am asking to have this redone with the original part. Thank you for your help in advance.

Honestly, the experience I had with Crash Champions less than a year ago was much better. The work quality was similar (about 8-9 out of 10) but the communications and the "care" factor was much better. Sylvia (at the desk) and Mary did try their best.

G&C was not able to send me emails or texts. Even though, this email for the survey arrived without issues. This resulted in me not being made aware of the estimate sent to the insurance. It also resulted in having Mary call me with any update.

Car is fixed and paint matches. Did finish in 4 days which was quick but the front passenger door isn't exactly lined up correctly and I don't think they sanded the door down before painting.
