I was told my car was ready and came to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. They were waiting on a part to finish it. They told me they would leave it in our driveway when it was finished, but didn’t. When the car was ready, they didn’t notify me. Communication could be improved.

I’m very happy with the service I received! My car was very vandalized and Nicole Daniel’s made sure it was restored to its original body and paint. I had an appointment at 8AM but I only got a text requesting my authorization for the car ay 8:29 and the lady who handle my account came at 8:34. 5 or 10 minutes of delay is no big deal but half an hour that early in the morning without a word is not good customer service. The lady at the front desk was very very nice. It is the lady that handled my car who I could hear in the background but did not find it necessary to come apologize or explain the delay that is the issue.
