As discussed at the time of pickup, communications regarding the status of our repair could have been much, much better. We were originally told on a Friday that all parts were in and painted just awaiting final assembly. On the following Monday we were told they were still expecting a part from So Cal to arrive. We had made plans based on the expected availability of our car that we then had to change. Overall, the repair work was done exceedingly well, and that was the main goal for the work. So kudos to the team for that

1-Really Bad communication 2-my truck take 9 more days the what they tell me. Even wen tell them I only have limited time for a rental so I ask the representative to order parts before I leave the truck wish he agree. 3-Finally I take the truck in because he said parts have arrived, after a week he said the parts for the truck wasn’t the color of the truck but he will install them anyway but will give me a reimbursement $1000plus for me take my truck to a painter. I tell him I accept that if they give me my truck on Wednesday October 27 he said truck Will ready until Friday wish I went pick my truck, he said he will have my reimbursement at the latest Wednesday October 11 I call him on Thursday the October 12 he said they don’t have the cHeck he will have to ordered I’m so unhappy for all of those reasons. My car was returned to me, it makes a buzzing sound from the crack and also a sound like something is rolling around in the back, it’s gotten worse and I do not feel safe driving my vehicle. I had the vehicle re-inspected on Monday 10/2. I am waiting to hear back so car can be fixed. This unfortunate has nothing to do with the wonderful customer service of your staff up front and Niki.
