The service was fine, there was nothing impressive. My experiences with other body shops have been better. When I arrived to drop off my car they didn't have me on their schedule. I will recommend having the front receptionist focus on the customers present at the reception. She was too busy with phones and vendors.

The total experience was top notch from the initial dialogue with the first phone call, to the estimator (who was extremely thorough and found damaged areas I didn’t even notice at first!), and to our beautifully repaired SUV that looked fantastic! It was tough to match the paint on that aged of a vehicle but they were pretty spot on and we are extremely satisfied with the service and quality of work! Cheers!
