Intake was courteous and complete, with a detailed summary of the anticipated repairs explained and provided to me. I received daily updates on the progress of the work being done. The repairs were completed on the due date, and the discharge was efficient and informative. The trauma of sustaining the damages was significantly lessened by the knowledgeable, skilled and courteous staff.
